GARY
GORHAM
gary@cpssolutions.com
Gary Gorham brings a wealth of hands-on experience
and technical development to CPS Solutions with over 25 years of
service supporting law enforcement agencies. His desire to establish
CPS Solutions in 2001 was rooted in his own
experiences with complicated and unwieldy applications that caused
stress, cost a lot of money, and created significant overhead. Most
important, there was a tremendous void in products that specifically
addressed
the needs of the medium-sized agency, and small to medium-sized towns
and cities—products that answered real community safety concerns.
Gary
merged his natural talents with his practical and academic talents
to design and develop the flagship product, CPS
Map. From there, his
technical expertise and forward-thinking insight led to an array of
safety-focused mapping and analysis products for law enforcement. He’s
always thinking, always creating.
Gary has a Bachelor of Arts degree from
California State University, Chico in geography. He has served in various
GIS,
public
safety, and
data management capacities for law enforcement and emergency service
needs in San Joaquin County since the 1980s.
